1. I am a first time user, how do I make a purchase at GKVale.com?

On the homepage, please select what you would like to order and just before you confirm your order, you will be asked to register with us in order to complete your order. This is just a one-time requirement.

2. How do I edit my personal information?

Select any of the services online, once you are on the order confirmation page click on “change info” and provide the updated information. On clicking “ok” it saves the updated data. You can also change the password here.

3. I forgot my password, what should I do?

Please follow the steps to get a new password:
     Step1: Go to the Sign-in page on the site
     Step2: Provide your email-id and then click on “forgotten password”
     Step3: A new password will be sent to your email address.
You can also send an email to us asking for new password and a new temporary   password would be sent to you.

4. How do I unsubscribe from GKVale newsletter?

Just send an email to us at online@gkvale.com and with the subject as Unsubscribe. We would appreciate if you can provide us any reason for the same.

5. How do I upload and print my photos online?

Please click on the following link : http://www.gkvale.com/express or click on "Print Photos" on the home page. If you have questions at any point during the process please click on the help icon (?) on the top left hand side of the page to guide you through the relevant section of the site. If you have any further questions, always feel free to contact us at online@gkvale.com. Our support representatives will ensure that they resolve your issues and answer your questions at the earliest.

6. How many pictures can I upload at one time?

You can upload any number of pictures you would like to; there is no upper or lower limit.

7. Why is it taking too long to upload my photographs?

In order to ease upload of your pictures, please ensure you have a flash player installed. If you are still encountering problems, please feel free to contact us at online@gkvale.com .It most probably would be due to the firewall at your end.

8. Is it necessary that my computer has the flash plug-in?

No, it is not necessary, but it will improve the ease of uploading your photos. When uploading prints, please choose the “alternative non-flash” uploader. This will allow you to upload images one at a time without the use of the flash plug-in. If you wish to upload in bulk, you can also zip your files and upload using the same non-flash uploader.

9. How do I place repeat order of previous orders?

Currently, we do not store details of previous successful orders. However if it is within 2 months of your previous order, please e-mail us at online@gkvale.com with your previous order number details and new order requirements. We will then attempt to retrieve your previous order in order to fulfill your request.

10.What else can I do with my Digital pictures?

Your options with your precious photos do not end at printing alone. Follow the link http://www.gkvale.com/design or click on "Photo Gifts" to customise calendars, photo books, greetings cards, mugs, T-shirts and much more. Please visit the “Photo gifts” section to understand how to use this section of the site.

11.How can I upload & order Visa Photographs?

To order Visa photographs, please log on to www.gkvale.com & click on "Photo Gifts". Under the "Photo Gifts" section, you will see the “Visa Photographs” template. Click on this template, upload your picture and in the shopping basket you can choose which country's Visa you want to order. In case you cannot find the name of the country of your choice, just type the Country name in the message to the lab field on the last page of your order confirmation. GKVale has all the updated requirements from various consulates and rest assured we will process your Visa as per the necessary requirements.

12.What are the delivery options?

If you choose to have your pictures delivered via Courier, your pictures will be sent to the address you entered in the order. If you would prefer to pick up your pictures at any of the GKVale branches in Bangalore, you can choose the nearest GKVale showroom. Please select your pick-up branch in the last section of your order confirmation page.

15. What are the delivery charges?

For Photo Prints & photo gifts: We charge a Flat rate of Rs. 35/- to ship anywhere in India.
For Cameras and Accessories, we have a Flat Rate of Rs. 100/- to ship anywhere in India.

16. Are there any additional taxes applied to the order?

The prices mentioned on the site are exclusive of taxes. There will be 12.36% tax on Photo Prints & 12.5% tax on Photo Gifts. There are no additional taxes or hidden cost added to your overall cost.

17. How long will delivery of my order take?

Expected Date of delivery for Photo-Prints and Photo Gifts:

• Photo prints : 2-3 working days within Bangalore and 4-6 working days for deliveries anywhere in India.
• Photo Gifts : 4-5 working days within Bangalore and 5-8 working days for deliveries anywhere in India.

In case of an inordinate delay, we will contact you with an update on your order. However, if you have questions on the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at online@gkvale.com.

18. How do I track the status of my orders?

Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive a status notification in your inbox and also an sms alert on your mobile. In case of any further queries please e-mail us at online@gkvale.com , our support representative will get back to you at the earliest.

19. How do I pay for my photos?

You have three options :
 1.Pay by Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD)
 2.Pay by Debit Card
 3.Pay by Cash if you want to pick up from any of our branches in Bangalore.

20. Are my credit card details safe?

Absolutely, our payment gateway is completely secure. See Citibank's privacy instructions.

21. Are there any differences in cost if I pay using credit card versus paying in cash?

No. There are no additional charges for orders paid by credit card.

22. Can I make any changes to my orders?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order. However please contact us at online@gkvale.com under special circumstances and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

23. Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed, you can cancel the order within the next 30 mintues. Please send an email to us at online@gkvale.com with your order no. and reason for cancellation.
