Shipping charges are applicable on all items that need to be couriered by gkvale.com. As part of our on-going offer, we charge just Rs.35/- for shipping your prints and photogifts to any part of India, no matter how big the order. |
| Shipping Service and Delivery Period |
Goods are dispatched within 2-4 working days [within Bangalore] of the confirmation of your order and payment. If you want us to expedite your shipping, please contact us at online@gkvale.com.
We use Courier services for shipping all our products across India.
Our experience with them has been positive and they serve almost all corners of the country.
Courier takes ideally 2-4 days to deliver the products to your address.
All our products are dispatched from our Bangalore address.

| Transit Loss or Damage |
|
If you have received your order in damage/broken condition, please email us at online@gkvale.com within the next 24 hours. Please arrange to send us couple of images of the damaged item. The images should show clearly the packaging, the item and also the courier tracking no. Once we receive your request with images, we will replace the damaged item with a new item free of cost. We will not be able to process your request until we receive the images.

| Refund Policies |

If you were charged more than what you have ordered for, please feel free to ask for refund. Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charges on your credit card or bank account used when the order was processed. Refunds may also be claimed by canceling orders, which are not processed. For cash on delivery orders refunds would be provided by cheque in the name of the buyer. |
| Return and Exchange Policies |

You may return any of the products ordered, just indicate the reason for the return in a short note, pack the item along with the order number and send to the returns address given below and send it through a reliable courier to us. Please note that you must return the product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. GKVale is not responsible for risk of loss during shipping.
Currently we do not offer exchange facilities.

15 Day Replacement Guarantee
All products sold at gkvale.com are covered under our 15 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on 9341801817. , within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Cancellations
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact gkvale Customer Care on 9341801817., and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Payment Process
A. Printing site
- On print.gkvale.com, customers upload their personal images/photos and select what kind of printing they want. Options include simple photos, framed photos, t-shirts and gift articles such as mugs
- The site then re-directs the customer to gkvale.com's payment page where the customer opts for either Cash on Delivery or online payment (using DirecPay).
- The payment page re-directs to DirecPay for processing in case of non-cash payments
- For successful payments, the site stores the payment details and confirms the order to the customer. In case of failure, the customer is informed suitably
- Order is executed/fulfilled by an ops team offline
B. Cameras & Accessories site
- This is hosted on gkvale.com and customers select products like they would on any online store
- When they checkout, they are taken to an order confirmation page from where they would go to the common payment page and steps 3 to 5 from above are repeated
