I appreciate for the effort they are putting to satisfy the customer. When I first used their site in Dec'07 when I was in US. The site was not that good and I provided them with few suggestions and they implemented it. Thanks for considering my suggestion. During that time, there was a problem in the online payment. I could not pay them for almost 2 weeks. Tough the delivery was in Chennai, they have couriered the photos without taking any payment, keeping full confidence on the customer. Even during the conversation over phone regarding the payment, the customer service was really superb.
Team!!! Keepup this spirit.

I wanted to gift a collage poster to my fiancee for this Valentine's day- only, I thought of it 48 hours before the day. Living in the other corner of the world didn't help either. I found GK Vale's online service very helpful and user friendly to use. I had some problem with my internet connection, and my order did not get placed properly, though my card got charged. However, the customer support proactively managed to settle this issue in just one email, and simulated an order on my behalf. The turnaround time of all this, plus the printing of my order was about 1 day!! Good resolution, and delivery before schedule!! Great job!!

I am very impressed with the excellent service provided by the GKvale team. I stay in Zurich, Switzerland and love taking photographs with my DSLR. I wanted to send big (A4) prints of this beautiful country to my family in Baroda and stumbled upon your website. Since then, GKvale has been the only choice for me. The rates are competitive and fair, the ordering process is simple, the print quality is excellent, the service is great and the courier deliveries are bang on time and reliable. I couldn't ask for more !! As they say, they customer is the king and you sure do treat us like one :)

I had been planning this online photo service comparison for a long time but frankly time is sort of a luxury these days.
Here is a side by side review of www. gkvale.com and Picsquare.
Uploading photos to G K Vale was easy and hassle free. Picsquare was more difficult to work with. In fact I had almost given up on them telling their support that i was moving on as i was unable to upload photos. Even Picasa uploading which was all online was taking forever.
G K Vale uses Citibank/ Direct Pay as their payment processors & my experience was error-free. G K Vale's customer care is excellent. They gave me extra free prints after I told them of the problems i was facing.
G K Vale were dot on time in terms of delivery. Picsquare didnt even offer an apology when I complained about the order not being received 4 days after the estimated date.
G K Vale had glossier and better looking prints, I had kept one print same in both the albums to compare. Picsquare's prints didn't look so good to me.
Picsquare looks better in terms of pricing. But a closer look reveals an exorbitant courier cost associated which kind of nullifies the advantage, in fact it adds to the cost making it costlier than G K Vale.
Overall, I like G K Vale better than www.Picsquare.com .
