What are the shipping and delivery timelines?

Once an order is placed, most orders take 1-2 days to ship out. Since these are customized products, they are printed only after an order comes in, which takes time.

Once they are leave our production facility in Bangalore via courier, an order will be usually delivered within 1-3 days, depending on distance from our facility.

What if I need to modify my order?

An order once placed cannot be modified online. Please contact our customer care to discuss your modification, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that, If the order has already been printed by us, then we will not be able to accept any request to modify.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Contact our Customer Care on phone or via email (see top bar) and provide the new shipping address that the order needs to be shipped to. Please note that, if the order has already been shipped, then we will be unable to process a change in shipping address.

Can I get same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery for our online orders, due to printing and shipping timelines of our delivery partners. Most orders ship usually within 2-4 days from the time of placing the order.

I have paid for the Order Online. Order Status shows Payment Pending?

Thank you placing an order with us. After you have completed a payment online, it takes some time for the payment processing bank to send a confirmation to us. The status will automatically change, once the payment confirmation is received by us.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not accept Cash on Delivery or COD Payments. All order have to paid for online via our Payment Gateway. We offer Payment via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI and Wallets.

What Payment Modes do you accept?

 We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI and Wallets from all Major Banks and Payment Service Providers.

What if I need to return my order?

We do not have a specific return and refund policy for customized products. However, if there are any issues related to products and services or if you need any assistance, we request you to please call on our customer service number.
