History
The year was 1910. M.G Road was still South Parade Road, a sole preserve of the British. A young Indian, Mr. Gangadhara Kumara Vale, all of 25 years caught the eyes of the British through his mastery in photography. He was allowed to set up shop, to capture memories, as the British would put it.
